our philosophy, simply based on ensuring that an outstanding level of hospitality is experienced at all levels.

in key locations we focused on contemporary boutique hotels in period property. the concept of retaining the individuality of the period property, whilst creating an interior designed with iconic goods, combines a warmth with the life-style image. our fundamental belief is that many operators provide a clinical and anonymous experience. by maintaining fewer bedrooms per property as a management system we could set the proper foundation for us at hotel level, to know our customers by name and provide their preferences consistently. in short, a personal service for all in contemporary accommodation.

as a company, we remained a small group, able to keep in touch with our staff, customers and product. we commenced working in hotels years ago and the industry captivated us. it still does.
